Welcome to Art Wood. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1) Orders and Confirmation

  • Upon completing an order, you will be contacted to confirm the order details (product, sizes, colors, address, and contact information).

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to contact the customer within a reasonable period or if the provided information is incorrect.

2) Payment and Down Payment (for Cash on Delivery only)

  • For cash on delivery orders only: A 10% down payment of the total order value is collected upon order confirmation to begin manufacturing/preparation.

  • Execution begins after confirmation of down payment receipt.

  • If the customer fails to complete the confirmation procedures or refuses to receive the item without a reason related to a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, the custom products policy and the down payment policy stated below will apply.

3) Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping/preparation time: within 10 – 15 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on work pressure, material availability, and delivery location. You will be informed of any updates upon confirmation.

4) Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically for the order based on the governorate and area.

5) Warranty

  • One-year brand warranty according to normal use conditions.

  • The warranty does not cover: misuse, damage caused by customer transport, or any modifications/repairs made outside our scope.

6) Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are possible within 14 days only in the following cases:

    • The product does not conform to the agreed specifications.

    • A proven manufacturing defect exists.

  • The product must be in its original condition as much as possible and will be inspected before accepting a return/exchange.

  • Return requests due to a change of mind or differing expectations without a defect or non-conformity will not be accepted.

7) Custom Products and Modifications

  • If the customer requests a custom product or one with modifications from the standard description, and it is then rejected by the customer without a manufacturing defect or conformity issue:

    • The down payment (deposit/earnest money) will not be refunded to the customer.

  • Reason: because the product is made or prepared according to special requests that cannot be easily resold as a standard product.

8) Images, Colors, and Sizes

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screens and lighting.

  • Final sizes and details are confirmed before execution.
